Sorry to bring it up again Sub, but was there any progress on this front?

Im still not able to use FSE, I realise its a bit late for a patch now but any chance a fix will make it into the next release?

Any idea when that release is coming?

Thanks

Bob

Sorry, no. I havnt been in a position to do anything in v0.99.12 with this since my release has moved on too far.

Yes, I surely hope to, though I havnt looked at it yet.

I hope to start pre-release testing next week, so it probably be available be two or three weeks after that. Sorry, I know its been a long release cycle...lots of changes. (probably lots of new bugs Big Grin)

Hey Sub, what's the latest on timing for the next version? Like Bob I'm anxiously waiting the solution to all our problems on FSE (or something!).

In the interim, I've got used to pressing a button on the remote to maximise GB-PVR, close it down, then re-run it to get things working after standby. And got the wife doing the same!

People have been testing it for the last two or three weeks, and I'm fixng bugs that are being identified.

Hopefully within the next week or so.

Hi Sub,

With the new release out, any updates on the problem we were discussing earlier in this thread? I guess it becomes more pertinent now that overlay is no longer an option for nvidia users and hence to avoid tearing FSE needs to be used.

As I've mentioned elsewhere, my workaround has been to set up a batch file on wakeup which auto shuts down PVRX2.exe and then reloads it. Without doing this, playback gives me audio-only.
