DVD playing fast

I'm having problems getting DVD playback to work properly. With the system default decoder the picture was blocky.

I then tried the Cyberlink decoder and the picture was fine but every few seconds it plays speeded up for the next few seconds.

I also installed a WinDVD trial and tried the InterVideo decoder but that was worse. It did the speeding up thing and I didn't even get a picture sometimes.

PowerDVD plays DVDs fine with no speed up, so maybe it's not the decoder. Any suggestions? All my logs from just after getting the speed up with the Cyberlink decoder are attached.

Edit: I should have mentioned I'm using version 0.97.9

Yes it does! I changed everything to Cyberlink and it works great now. I should have thought to try that, it just didn't seem like an audio thing to me. Thank you very much.

The audio acts as a clock for timing during video playback.
