Alright I'm using a hauppauge WinTV-PVR MCE on windows xp. I'm not sure how to really describe what I get. But it's like static but frozen. When I use WinTV2000 I can watch tv fine but when I try using gb-pvr I can't watch because of the static. I have loaded the latest drivers for the wintv card and have configured gb-pvr how I think it should be. As far as I can tell the stations are correct also. I've been reading through other threads and saw a log requested so I will attach that also. I hope you can spot something.

Which country are you in?

If you run the Tuning Assistant, do you see your channels?

Its probably the video decoder you're using. Try selecting another one on the playback tab of the config app.

If that doesnt help, I'd try the different renderers (VMR9/VMR7/Overlay).

Just changed the video decoder from system default to InterVideo NonCSS Video Decoder. And now it's working. Thanks for the heads up on that. It's a freshly formated computer so I don't have much on here. Never would of thought to change that.

Thanks again for the help and the awesome program.
