Help required with WinTV HVR850

Windows 7 platform
GB-PVR v1.4.7
Tuner: Hauppauge WinTV HVR850 USB HDTV Adapter

Have installed this adapter on my system, connect to a satellite receiver feed. It works fine to watch TV using Win TV, however I cannot get GB PVR configured to work with it.

From the main PVRX2 menu, whenever I select Manual Record or Live TV, control just bounces right back to the main menu.

I have attached a zip file of the logs.

Any help would be appreciated.

This device lacks the required hardware MPEG2 encoder, so isnt usable for analog capture in GBPVR.

You can use it for ATSC though. To configure this you need to setup your capture source in the config app, and scan for channels with the 'map digital channels to epg channels'.

NextPVR should work for analog with it though (assuming you have WinTV7 installed).
