Turner card not found

When you go to create your capture source, you should be setting the 'recording source' to 'Direct Recording Plugin', then click the settings button next to it. In the window that popups up, if you tick the 'only show devices detected in this machine' checkbox, what is listed in the dropdown list?

Ok, thats all good then. You just need to create two capture sources for you PVR500 (one for each tuner). Set the first one as device #1, the second as device #2. Just select the card type 'Hauppauge PVR500' for both of them.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say. The 'recording source' setting in your capture sources will always show 'Direct Recording Plugin' when you're using a PVR500. So thats all good.

What exactly is making you think its not working for you? What you've described so far sounds correct.

Yes but it will not then show-up in the "Source Name" window. If I type it in manually, it will not accept it.
