Heyas, I've got GBPVR humming along very nicely now and am down to one critical issue. I have about a 1" flickering bar running across the bottom of the screen when watching DVDs. LiveTV and Recordings are working perfectly. When I go into the DVD config I only see 'System Default' for Video Decoder. I hit F7 and cycle through the preset overlays but none solve the problem.

Every other 'problem' I had seemed to be a simple adjustment of some config setting so I'm thinking I've just got something askew and am hoping to not have to manually create my own overlay. Looking for ideas.

Thanks.

Added logs.

Oh well, did this and it seems to be ok:

This is usually a pretty good indication that you're using some odd-ball decoder that hasnt been tested with GB-PVR.

Quote:17:19:02.093 VERBOSE Graph contains the following filters:
17:19:02.093 VERBOSE - Default DirectSound Device
17:19:02.093 VERBOSE - Video Renderer
17:19:02.093 VERBOSE - CyberLink Audio Decoder for Dell
17:19:02.093 VERBOSE - Ulead DVD Video decoder 2
17:19:02.093 VERBOSE - DVD Navigator
In this case its using a Ulead DVD decoder. I've never seen this used in any other users log, so I'm guessing its a likely cause of your problem.
