Cable and Satellite Capture in one PC

Perhaps this sounds stupid...is it possible to have a PVR150 card and a DVB card in the same PC and have the program guide "seamlessly" switch channels. In otherwords as I scroll through my cable channels when I get to the last cable channel it then goes to the first satellite channel and then when it gets to the last satellite channel it then goes to the first cable channel?

Yes, it is possible. It doesnt quite work the way to describe though, since often there is some overlap with the channels through DVB and analog card. When you changes, it'll try if possible to use the same device you're already using, but if it doesnt have the requested channel, then it'll switch devices.

Sounds okay...I'm off to buy the DVB card and see how it goes. I'm guessing from your reply that there is a slight delay (second or two) when changing from one channel on the PVR to another on the DVB? which again sounds doable. I had cable and satellite before and it was a pain (especially listening to the wife ) because we had to use an A/B switch box to go between the two. Not too bad since it could be controlled remotely, however, one had to put too much thought into which box to watch and my rule of thumb is why watch TV if you have to think about it.
