DishNetwork Model#322 RF & IR

I just had Dishnetwork installed. The unit is a model #322 Dual Tuner which uses IR for signal #1 and RF for Signal #2. Setting up Signal #1 with the IR is ok, but how can I control #2 which is RF? I'm using an Hauppage PVR150 and an TV Wonder Elite.

Is there an RF to IR converter out there to allow me to control signal #2 with the GBPVR software.

I'm guessing you're out of luck unless it comes with a serial port and command line utilities exist for controlling this model via a serial cable.

No serial connection...bummer! The only (crappy!) workaround is I can schedule the second tuner on the #322 to change channels at certain times and then schedule manually for GBPVR to record during those times. Kind of defeats part of the purpose.

BTW...Great Software. It's taking me a little time to get around and fix minor issues, but it runs GREAT. Thanks Much!!!!!

I think there are logitech harmony remotes with ir and rf function.
