I have an ATI 550 Pro using the latest build (0.99.5). I'm splitting the cable signal between the HTPC and the STB. I'm trying to set up GBPVR so it can record directly off the internal tuner and switch to S-Video input to record off the STB if needed. Here are the steps I took to set up Capture Source.
First Capture Source:
Name: "AV1" with recording source set to "S-Video, External tuner"
EPG: "None"
Channel Changer: "none"
Added only 1 channel named "digital"
Second Capture Source:
Name "Cable" with recording source set to "Internal tuner"
EPG: "Zap2it"
Channel Changer: "none"
Channels added by updating the EPG
After adding the second capture source the following were observed:
1. The channel "digital" is visible in "TV Guide" but I can't get to it by surfing through the channels.
2. The channel "digital" is not listed under the "Channels" tab in the config program.
3. With only "AV1" under the "Capture Source" list, I can see the signal off my STB perfectly fine. However, the problem starts when I add another Capture Source.
I don't know what I did wrong, my method seem to copy the "fake" channel method completely (which I read by searching through the forum).
