Overscan works fine, but menus too big...?

I think maybe you should look at your video card setup and see if it has anything about full screen video and changing the resolution.

What type of card do you have? I have seen this large menu on my PC before - but cant remember how it happened, or how I fixed it.

I'll try an replicate tonight when I get home.

My tuner card is Hauppauge PVR150 and the graphics card is Radeon X600. I have tried playing around with the settings, and haven't found a solution yet. My tv is the old style CRT, so I use Svideo to get the picture on tv. Maybe it will be better if/when I change to an LCD-tv and use VGA or DVI to get the picture on tv?

I just remembered the solution: In the grahics card settings make it expand the desktop to the tv, and in GBPVR-config make GBPVR start on second monitor. The only problem is, then the video output to tv isn't as good, because then I can not turn on video-mode in the grahics card settings for the tv. Seems I cannot have it both ways.
