Desole, je n'ai pas de reponse, mais au moins je peux tenter la traduction (Sorry, no answer from me, but at least I'll try the translation):

If I switch betwen ac3/pcm I lose sound.

I was having problems on my motherboard's S/PDIF out dropping out. In the driver settings, changing the output option from "Digital Only" to "Both Digital and "Analog" fixed the problem on my system.
