youtube skin cached when changing skins

when I change skins from the system/settings menu the youtube skin seems to be cached, it works fine when the application is restarted.

steps to reproduce

• start GB-PVR
  
• go to the youtube plugin (and open it :p)
  
• change the skin from the settings screen
  
• go back to the youtube plugin
  
• the skin will not be the new skin

this exact same issue happens with the OSD...

I can create a new thread if needed, but it seemed easier to just resurrect this one
