I'm having the exact same issue. I'll help look into this too by supplying logs/debugs as noted above. Hopefully by this weekend since it's the first chance I'll get to dive into this.

I'm finally getting around to this, where exactly can I find the DirectX control panel mentioned? I googled and found a DirectX control panel, but it doesn't seem to have the retail vs. debug setting mentioned. Thanks!

I wonder if it was only present for me because I have the Debug version of DirectX runtime? You might need to try the same.

I'm glad you got these Nebulus. I haven't had time to get them myself. Picked up a new HDTV this weekend and I'm getting some serious clipping in VMR9 and VMR Custom is the only thing that doesn't clip, so if you're logs don't reveal any secrets, I guess I REALLY have motive to buckle down and get mine!

Has anyone had any luck with this? I am wondering if this sounds the directx weirdness I am having on this thread could be related?

Hi Sub,
is there any more debug I can get you before I give up and go back to 99.5? Ian

To be honest, I havnt been able to look into it yet. I've been busy. Its is on my to-do list.

no problem, I've gone back to 0.99.5 and it's working fine again...
When you get around to looking at it, let me know if you need something. I can upgrade again in a flash! Ian
