GameZone 0.5 Support Thread

I deleted the registry entries for ePSXe and all worked well. I guess I had it previously installed.

Which do you think was previously installed Gamezone or ePSXe?
If it was ePSXe, then it would mean that ePSXe had not cleaned its registry keys (not unusual for windows apps) it also means that it can cause problems for others in this situation, not sure how this could be avoided though maybe just a warning on the wiki for now.

I previously installed ePSXe when I was using My Programs for the emulators. I do not think there is an uninstall program for ePSXe so I just deleted all entries I found in the registry.

I'm having a little trouble with the same error-message, as the previous guy.
I haven't been able to solve it the same way he did.
ePSXe has never been installed on my system before, and neither has the GameZone plugin..
Actually I'm not interested in using ePSXe. I just want to use the ZSNES.

This is nothing like the other error descibed earlier and noting indicates it is related to ePSXe from the little snippit of the log you have provided, first off can you provide a clean log of starting BGPVR and getting as far into gamezone as you can, then explain what you see on the screen.

Now the only thing I can see from you provided log is that it cannot find /settings/CompositeImages/CompositeImage[@name="NoOFPagesFilesLabelImage"

My first reaction is which skin are you using? have you tryed the default blue skin?

I just tried it with the default skin, and it worked like a charm..

And then I just copied the files from the "Gamezone" folder in the "Blue"-skin dir, and placed them in the "GameZone" folder in the "Basic"-skin dir, and wuptii.. It now works with my normal theme.. And a few tweaks in the skin.xml file, and it even matches the colors

Hey Guys, I've been thinking about making a Plugin to be used with Comskip so that users can edit commercial markers manually. With the newer releases of Comskip this is done fairly easily since the Comskip program has a very specific Window Title. But I have been real busy recently (due to tax season and school) and haven't had time to develop anything.

Anyway, back to my thought, could MyPrograms be used to run ComSkip with a specified movie file? Much the same way that the ROM is selected with the emulators.
