Problems with DVB-T subtitles

Sorry, I'm not looking into DVB subtitles until the transmissions start here. Too much of a pain in the butt otherwise.

What if we were to provide you with a couple of relevant files. At least that could get you started on the european subtitle part...?

A few samples should give you something to test against? And I'm sure we're a few here that would happily betatest when you get some code up!

Ah - "In a couple of weeks" sounds much nicer than "Whenever the broadcasters agree on a standard, get the masts up and have the final legislation in place to start broadcasting..."

Got some info to why the DR2 subs are working and it's because it's burned in subs...
I think people in this thread should test that there hardware really do work in the Nordic region a firmware upgrade might be the solution.

I know my hardware works. DVB subtitles works fine with e.g. TV2-Danmark, when using DVB-viewer.

Yep, you're probably right. I'm not keen to look into it at this stage though.
