Wireless Server Issues

Ok great job on the client server set up but I'm having some troubles with my wireless being good enough. I have a super g 108 mbps network with 4 out of 5 bars but I just cannot stream the live tv. I figure since the the medium quality streams perfectly on the recorded channels if I just cut the quality down of the live feed it would work fine. Any advice on how to do that if it's possible or it may be a good feature to work into gbpvr to cut the quality of the live feed for wireless streaming.

I dont know if it'll help your problem or not, but if you want to reduce the bitrate used for live tv, you can edit the direct.ini file on the server. It'll also affect timeshift mode live tv on the server too.

Ok going to wait a month till I'm back at home to try it with a wired connections. The lowered bitrate didn't work.
