Antec's P180B.

That's the case that I have...and I love it. Only thing...I move my computer around a lot (still in college and I go to LAN parties and such), and the things a beast to move. It's fairly heavy, but runs very quiet. I also just like the look too

It's above your $75 even with the rebate ($129 minus a $40 rebate for a total of 89 + shipping), but I personally think it's worth it.

I considered one of these when I was looking. I know you said that you weren't looking or an HTTP case, but this comes close to what you wanted.
It doesn't come with a power supply, but you can usually find a decent price on a supply if you have a frys or something like it.

That is a nice looking case and is a strong possibility. Me like. It could be a HTPC/MPC case but the ones I've seen don't have the required external bays and had RCA connecters, etc that wouldn't be used.

Antec's NSK2400 is an awesome case, I may be a bias.... It is a desktop pc case that some of use as an HTPC case. It runs VERY quiet and VERY cool.

I love this case too, but I wanted to point out that it is micro-ATX and not Full ATX as FirstTeamOPS spec'd.

I don't use one of these (I opted for the Antec overture II)

The overture II can sometimes be found for $100. It meets all your requirements if you can find a deal on it. Retail is $150 or so.
It is being discontinued and can be hard to find. Ebay possibly.
EDIT: There is one on Ebay with a buyitnow at $80 with $27 shipping (it's used) No bids currently at $50


My one regret on the Overture II is the power supply is non standard. That sucks if it goes bad considering an Antec replacement is $$.

Thank you very much for that tip. Non standard will be a problem. The system I'm building requires a minimum 450W PS so the PS will more than likely be pulled.

I think the overture II is a 450w ps, albeit non-standard.
The overture was a 380w. The cooling for the II was also improved.
I think some people have managed to get a standard PS in the overture II but it has to have a fan on the bottom, and the side. The power cord goes in the opposite side of the side fan, which is non-standard.
