Does no recognize my capture card

I have a Sabrent capture card product number SBT-TVFM. Is there a way to have this program to reconize my capture card because it is currenlty not recognizing my card. Any suggestions?

Sorry, this card isnt compatible with GB-PVR. It lacks the required hardware MPEG2 encoder.

YMMV depending upon your abilities with graphs,the card and the power of you system since it is software based.
