Twinhan 1028 DVB-S (SE200)

Has anyone tried using this card? Its fairly unique in that it uses a PCI-E interface!

I'm interested in trying this card since it specifically says it will work with vista. I can't find a place that sells it online however. If someone knows, please send me the link.

I'm thinking about getting this same card. I've found them on ebay for 70 US with the buy it now option.
