I'm having a number of issues with 1.0.16. The first is that I cannot download the Schedules Direct information without disabling my firewall. It is Outpost firewall. If anyone has Outpost and has managed to get it to work, please PM me on how. I've allowed config.exe and pvrx2.exe on all ports and everything and it still doesn't work.

I also cannot get smooth playback at all on any kind of TV in 1.0.16. I have a Hauppauge 1600 sitting in with a 3.0 GHz Core 2 Duo, 3 GB of RAM, and an 8800 GTS. I have the latest drivers and everything. OS is Windows XP Pro x64. I have tried using the Purevideo decoder, the MPV decoder, and the DScaler decoders. None give smooth LiveTV playback. I can only get smooth audio playback using AC3Filter. Using Purevideo creates choppy audio and using DScaler also produces choppy audio. I've tried every combination of Video Renderer and Decoder. This is not ATSC TV, this is NTSC. ATSC is even worse. I can't get anything to be smooth there. I get exactly the same symptoms in GBPVR.exe. I do not thing it is because I am running x64 either, because I had smooth playback working back in 1.0.8.

Wingrunner, I'm having the same issue 3GH AM2 Processor,2GB Ram & 7900 gtx Nvidea card. I have no trouble w/NTSC other than its not very clear on a 1080p display. My trouble is w qam from Comcast cable, the HD live content. It records in HD great and plays back in HD great, but as far as live HD performance it totally stinks. At one time I went from a ATI Internal 1250 card to the 7900 GTX in hopes of a smoother play, but to no avail. I went back to the internal on board video card because I couldn't tell to much difference between the two. I found that reducing the resolution to a 720p format and using the old GBPVR GUI instead of PVRX2 GUI worked to a smoother picture. Ive used the different overlays to include vmr9 & the full screen one. I'm still looking for a viable answer also.Sad
