PVRX2 - Play/Pause not working?

I just noticed that if I try to start a media file (mp3, avi) using either the Ctrl+P keyboard shortcut or the Play key on my laptop nothing happens. I am able to control playback using all of the other shortcut keys (as detailed in the wiki) as well as using the rest of my laptop's media buttons. Am I missing something? Has the keyboard shortcut changed?

Ctrl-Q should pause. Ctrl-P should play.

Looks like that helped. Oddly enough, Ctrl-P doesn't work unless the media file is paused.

I'm not really surprised. I'd only expect 'play' to do something if it was paused.
