Sorry long time passed without reading this thread.
What do you have at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\ section of the registry?

The two capture files involved are Capture3 and Capture4.
You have proceed as follow:
- first make a backup of the Registry.
- Then with regedit exchange the two values assigned to the ParentIdPrefix label. 5&2b6a4ce3&0 with 5&135d39fb&0 and vice versa.
It should solve your problem.
