Does the c:\windows\system32\config.xml look like its the GB-PVR config file, or some other app?

it is indeed a version of the config form GBPVR..(clearly a different one tho :confused
shall i remove it, or overwrite it with the version in the root of GBPVR..

I'd delete it. Its only supposed to live in c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr.

That webserver being disable message in the logs was really confusing, so I'm glad we found a fix.

I also have this problem from time to time. The only way I can get it to work again is to power cycle the PCH.
I have stored all backup copies of config.xml in an archive. we'll see if the problem continues.
