movie playback - skip-to

During movie playback, is there a feature to skip forward/backward to a specific time?

A scrollbar like most movie players, or a goto like dvd players have is what I'm looking for. Of course I'd love it to be operable with a remote.

If, for example, you want to jump forward 10 minute, just type 10 then press the skip button.
