I tried again today, still nothing. XMLTV is still funky as well.

For the record, I added a lineup at SD and tried to download and still I get the error message. Strange that on another system, everything works.
I think I'll uninstall GBPVR, nuke the directory and try one last time (#6) and see what happens. Maybe sacrificing a turkey yesterday will help. I'm using I-XMLTV, and it's downloading fine - no issues.

The XMLTV instructions and zip on the wiki (not to be confused with I-XMLTV) should be working fine.
http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Manual/EPG#toc13 (In fact that's my preferred way to get XMLTV data, before I use UltraXMLTV -- because it won't work if you use SD natively) If anyone's game, I'd be happy to receive a PM with your logon details, and lineups etc, so I can test your settings and make sure you have a proper setup. I would also test using the SD Native... In the email, please explain what lineups you want and what excluded you want, so I can also confirm that that's what is in your SD lineup...

Thanks sub. It's been over a week and even with a number of installs, it's not working. But, SD with xmltv is working perfectly so, unless you're very bored unpacking all the toys you're bringing back home, I won't have you worry about it until you get caught up. I'm fine for now.

sub, now that you are back and have nothing to do when you feel up to it, want to revisit this problem I'm still having in 1 system?
More background-I just uninstalled GBPVR, nuked the directory and started from scratch. XMLTV is working fine so it's something I can live with and more a 'why?' question. SD works just fine on system #2 and I've done nothing different that I can think of. Update....it appears it will work if and only if I choose 4 days of updating. Anything more kills it. At least it works somewhat.

How long does it seem to take to download it? I wonder if something network download stuff is timing out with more days listings?
