Is there a way to get GBPVR to play a DivX DVD?
Currently what happens is I insert the DVD, it reads for a bit and as soon as I click on the GBPVR DVD button, it ejects the DVD and a message pops up saying there is no DVD inserted.
If I load the same DivX (AVI) file into the Video Archive (on the HD) then GBPVR plays it as expected.
I am not sure whether this has to do with the differences in Codecs relative to the Config "Playback" section as opposed to the Config "DVD" section.
In the DVD config section, there appears to be no selection for a DivX codec even though one is installed. Does it just use this decoder anyway even though it doesn't show up?
If it does use this codec automatically, why does GBPVR eject the DivX DVD rather than playing it?
I am also a little confused by the Navigator selection as opposed to the Video Render selection. The Navigator seems to have references to Video Decoders just as does the Video Render selection. Does the Navigator selection indicate a codec that does both Navigation and Video decoding? Is this the difference between the two selections?
