Ok, I'm an idiot. I kept trying to use the "MPC - Video Decoder" from MPC-HC which wouldn't work.

The "MPC - MPEG-2 Video Decoder (Gabest)" works (tested with EVR. sub, can you add this to the master list?). The filename is "Mpeg2DecFilter.ax" and the latest build of the MPC-HC standalone filters can be downloaded from http://www.xvidvideo.ru/content/view/641/1/

This also looks to be a continuation of the MPV filter. Just make sure you get the x86 build if you are running Win x64.

Hi.
I thing this is nonsense.
GB-PVR is 32bit aplication and cannot add to graph 64bit filter... you need 32bit. version - this is not OS related.

Using 64bit Windows is little useles if you do not have 64bit aplications...

Read my post again. I said make sure to use the x86 (32 bit) version if you are running an x64 version of Windows. I said this specifically because, as you said, GB-PVR is a 32 bit application and cannot use the x64 versions of the filters. There are people running Vista/XP x64 and they may assume that they can use the x64 versions of the filters and I wanted to avoid later troubleshooting due to that.

And I do use (and develop) some x64 programs outside of GB-PVR. Wink
