Another "Unsupported" Capture Card Request

I have a Japanese Capture card I am trying to get working with GBPVR.
The card does have mpeg2 encoding capability.
I have attached a filter check log unfortunately some of the characters come out garbled without Japanese IME installed.
I am hoping these is enough info that may be useful enough to get this card functioning.

Sorry, I dont think the application will cope with the Japanese pin names on the crossbar filter.
