New GP-PVR TSReader.ax brings back old problem

After installing the GBPVRTSReader.ax dated 4/15/2009 172KBytes, the problem mentioned in the the thread mentioned above came back. (that is that certain digital channels would not record eventhough I could watch them live). I tested this by stepping back to GBPVRTSReader.ax dated 2/28/2009 168KBytes and the problem went away. I had of course installed the former version because I was having the timing problems on my TS files. Any suggestions?

Do you have a small sample recording that shows the problem I could download? The attached utility can be used to cut a chunk from a bigger recording.

Well, the problem is that it does not record the channel. Which makes it difficult to send a sample of a recording.

I can watch the channel live just fine and I can see gbpvr create a directory and a .TS file for the recording, but the size never gets above 0 bytes. All of the other digital channels do live TV and recording just fine.

I've got this problem back with the ts mux too - Cbeebies doesn't record - which is the same channel that wouldn't record when the original problem was discussed. That's using the patches at the end of the sticky. Unfortunately I've not had time to investigate and am just using the cyberlink mux for now.

Can you try doing a one minute 'Full TS' recording? Hopefully that wont bomb out.

A 1 min cut is about 76MBytes; what's the largest file size I can upload?

You'll need to upload it to somewhere like megaupload.com. It'll allow 76MB.

Was that a "Full TS" mux recording made by GB-PVR? The file doesnt look like it.

I think so, I selected "Full TS" under the BDA Multiplexer pulldown on Misc2 tab of config.exe before I did the recording
