Good, those are sub's defaults that I don't understand.

Thanks Martin those settings seem to work fine for size & position.

I was hoping when I got it right it would stop magnifying the text but unfortunately it seems to have made no difference to that problem. What I see is with the offsets set to "0" the text is lots smaller than when I have something in the offsets.....for the blue skin it cuts the end of Picture Library off after setting them.

pcostanza Wrote:Alright guys, I'm good now. Another thanks to all for hanging in there (just sent sub $25, I should send each of you the same......but, sorry, gotta save for more beer).
My final settings that work best for me are:
MVPOutput>1</MVPOutput>
<MVPWidth>640</MVPWidth>
<MVPHeight>500</MVPHeight>
<MVPOffsetX>44</MVPOffsetX>
<MVPOffsetY>40</MVPOffsetY>

Don't ask me why, but it works and I'm going to grab some beer and crabs!!!!

Good point.. I've been using GBPVR for a while now, so I've also contributed.
The beer is also a good idea, but I'll skip the crabs (I've heard of a few streets in Bristol where you can get crabs, but I'm going to give that a miss :eekSmile

In the Big Easy, it's hot boiled crabs......the seafood kind but I like your humor. I'll trade you some of our crabs for your beer.

Well, beer travels well but by the time the crabs get to you, they might be pretty nasty.
I think I should just find out what good brews you have and see if I can find it here. I have a better chance of getting something from your area than you do of trying to find our lake crabs. How about you take a trip across the pond, bring your beer and I'll put together a little crab boil, New Orleans style?

Thanks (one man's humour is another man's insult).

Out of interest where is the Big Easy, I Google'd it and it's either a restaurant in London or a neo-noir crime film???? (I know this post is totally off-topic)

P.S. I don't trade beer for nuff'ing!; this includes you ACTMS Wink

New Orleans.....actually, I live in the burbs, in a place called Metairie. Too close to the famous 17th canal that flooded much of New Orleans after Katrina blew through.
I can understand why you hold onto beer. It is liquid gold afterall.

That's a fine invitation - does it include a couple of days accomodation...Cool

Oh... Thanks for the info. New Orleans was one of my guesses (the other two being Chicago and New York... my excuse is I'm from the UK)

cheers
