TS Mux playback

I have recently changed to TS Mux to get TV on my other computers. That works great. However when playing recorded programs (ts files) I find that small reception errors, instead of simply stuttering, cause PVRX2 to skip forward seconds or even minutes. I can step back and play the bit that it skipped and 'quick stream fix' in VideoRedo produces a good mpg file.
I tried swapping the video and audio decoders but it didn't help. Have I missed some configuration detail?

No, but you have missed several posts that discuss this including the most important one where Sub says that he expects it to be fixed in the next release. While we wait, the only thing that fixes it for me is to use DVR-MS.
