No Tuners Available after installing new video card

I came home this evening and I am again getting the No Tuners Available. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the ATI 550 Drivers and the BFG GeForce 210 Drivers and still nothing. The only thing that has happened since last night was a reboot.

What could be causing this? New logs attached.

It still looks like its looking for the second 550 Pro device in the machine.

What should I try? I was able to use both 550's last night and I am back to having problems. Could there be a conflict with the new video card? Is there something else for me to look at?

Do you have you device number set to #1 in the capture source settings? You're supposed to.

The first tuner in the list is Device #1 and the second tuner is Device #2.

Can you run filtercheck.exe and attach the filtercheck.log? The one you attached earlier didnt have have any ATI 550 devices.

It's still only showing one ATI device but interestingly it's not showing an encoder filter for it. Someone else with a 650 PCIe just posted a similar filtercheck.log (missing encoder filter). I have a 550 around here somewhere, I'll try to find it and throw it in.

But that's aside from your issue I believe. Do both your 550s show up in the device manager?

The only thing in device manager under Sound, Video, and Game Controllers I see is ONE entry for ATI Unified AVStream Driver. It has been so long since I put these tuners in, I dont recall if this is correct. Anyone else with a 550 verify what this should look like?

Yeah, it definitely looks in that filtercheck.log like you've only got a single 550 Pro in there, and obviously GB-PVR going to have a problem accessing the second one if Windows cant see it.
