While scanning the channels GB-PVR writes an error message

„GB-PVR was unable to start the BDA device you have configured. Check the device is configured properly and not already in use“

Can you run filtercheck.exe from the gbpvr directory, and post the filtercheck.log?

Maybe try adding this to your bda.ini file, and select it for your capture source:

[TechniSat SkyStar HD2 type3]
TUNING_TYPE=DVB-S
FILTER_TUNER=TechniSat Mantis DVBS BDA Receiver
FILTER_CAPTURE=TechniSat Mantis DVBS Caputre BDA Receiver
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=Input0
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
