No, GB-PVR only supports shoutcast radio stations. A significant amount of effort would be required to get xmradio to work.

I would love an xmradio plugin too. If anybody out there has too much free time or just want's to be my hero feel free to make a plugin...

On a side note, is there a way to create custom buttons in gbpvr to launch a program or shortcut?

Because if there is i could just create a button that opens a shortcut to the streeming page on xmradio.com and i think i could get by with that.
