Problem with updating EPG when awaking from sleep

Basically it wakes from sleep OK and tries to get the new listings but can't as it hasn't got an internet connection and doesn't initiate an auto-dial.

Is there any way to force it to dial for an ADSL connection? I've set up auto-dial in the XP internet settings but it seems that this only works in internet explorer and not GBPVR.

Sorry, you'll have to find some work around outside of GB-PVR to ensure you have connectivity. GB-PVR just assumes connectivity is available.

GB-PVR will run an UpdateEPG.bat file prior to performing the update, so you might be able to find some command line utility you can run to do this for you.
