Web URL Command Failure

I'm trying to schedule a show with a URL Command and it is failing:

http://localhost:8866/services/service?m..._padding=3

Can you tell me why?

Is that event_id definitely correct? Looking at the code, it seems the most likely thing to cause the Invalid Args message in your logs:

I was using event_ids from an outdated EPGevents database table.
