okay tried matrix same issue.

never noticed b4 but did today and was told by ppl who watch it more than I do , it does fall out of sync

I thought I'd try the linux version on npvr installed linux subsystem in the win10 box just to test it , installed ubuntu, a lot of issues ,as systemd isnt PID 1

Arg...why did I pick early Sunday morning to test these streams myself. Religious content on all the main channels.

Recordings are clear.

Can you please double check that? Use either Kodi or VLC to watch, not the web app (since it introduces other complications)

When you watch live tv, it's kind of the combination of recording and streaming it at the same time. If the recordings are clear, it implies the capture side is generally working on, and the problem is likely in the streaming side of things.

When it comes to IPTV, the data is very bursty, with a lot of data arriving every 10 seconds or so, and not much in between. It's possible some buffer is being overrun or something.

You are correct, I record(in kodi) till a glitch and then watched it back (in kodi) and glitch in the same spot
