Major random lip sync and performance issues

For the most part, you shouldn't have to remux the video. Broadcast video should be in sync when captured. There are some situations which can be help skipping etc by remux, but generally it shouldn't be required.

Just to update, I switched the AC3 Decoder from LAV to the old AC3Filter and it solved my a/v sync problem.

Where would one get that ?

I've always found videohelp.com a good reference site for archived version of video utilities that are not even supported. They even have NextPVR pre V5 and GBPVR installers. I leave it to you to decide if you trust any archived material on the Internet once it becomes abandonware.

Je suis nouveau sur ce forum mais pour information, depuis la récente mise à jour j'ai le même problème que décrit par madbrain avec le client NextPVR : après un saut commercial, je perds complètement l'audio. Parfois, le son revient dans les 10 secondes. Parfois, il ne reviendra pas du tout.
Je dois utiliser Wintv pour lire les vidéos. Malheureusement, la dernière version 5.2.3. 211114 est un retour en arrière et j'aimerais revenir à la version précédente.

I have decided to use JRiver Media Center for the playback of files recorded with NextPVR, since that is supported.

Once there is a fix for the NextPVR player, I will be happy to test it.
