Installed Java 12 and now I am just getting an error.

Do the msii and the java versions match (ie both 32 or 64 bit) and is hava in your path? My logs show java.exe fully qualified. Perhaps if your installed OpenDCT before java there could be an issue too.

The logs are in C:\ProgramData\OpendDCT\logs if you want to zip them up and attach them.
