Looking for a full offline Windows install

My dvr is not connected to the net (no updates necessary, no anti-virus, stripped down, best performance).  In the past, I was able to find a full offline install file for nextpvr on the website, but I've looked extensively, but no joy.

Download https://nextpvr.com/stable/win64/NPVR.zip

As admin

Unzip to "C:\Program Files\NextPVR"

cd "C:\Program Files\NextPVR"

run installservice.bat

create shortcuts as needed.

You can also download

https://nextpvr.com/stable/win64/NPVR.zip

and

https://nextpvr.com/NPVRSetup.exe

When you run NPVRSetup.exe, it'll look for NPVR.zip in the same directory, before trying to download from the internet.

thank you for the quick responses - unfortunately, when I navigate to nextpvr.com/stable/ I receive:

403 Forbidden
you do not have permission to access /stable on this server

You've got to use the full url https://nextpvr.com/stable/win64/NPVR.zip

If you try to go to https://nextpvr.com/stable, yes you'll get a 403 Forbidden
