Unhandled exception

After an update\reinstall of 94.13 I'm getting this error:

"An unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will be shut down immediatel

File or assembly name NativeUtilities, or one of it's dependencies, was not found."

This .dll does exist in the /GBPVR directory.
I receive this error after install\upgrade and during config.
I had a MDAC issue, but I resolved that and the problem persists.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I am missing some much needed TV.

If you're running Windows 2000, you'll probably need to update your version of Windows Media Player

That helped. I updated to Media Player 9 and that resolved the issue.
