could not start GB-PVR application

I`ve just installed the latest GB-PVR application, but I could not start it (the same with the configuartion application). My computer is a Pentium 4 with WIndows XP an 512 MB Ram and Haupauge PVR 350. The error message i receive is: general apllication error and a code. Any idea, what the problem could be. The apllications, delivered with the Haupauge video card works all fine.

You install the microsoft .net v1.1 runtime before you installed GB-PVR right? You can download it from http://www.microsoft.com/downloa....Lang=en

After installing the runtime, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall GB-PVR to make sure the Recording Service is registered with the system.
