Unable to use FF/RR/Skip/Play buttons in Playback

I updated my system from 93.10 to 95.16 today and installed the newest software encoder too (v0.21). System records shows fine but when I go into recordings and playback I can press ^Q to pause and ^B to bring up info. If I try to FF/RR/Skip/Play key commands the recording stops. I had this issue when I tried 94.13 so I went back to 93.10 (works perfect in this version). Skip Control settings are FF=60sec/RR=30sec/Manual=sec in GBPVR config. I can't even use the buttons on the screen either. Videos work fine in external players. Any ideas?

zip and attach your gbpvr.exe-native.log and I'll see if I can see anything obvious.

Its just a guess, but I'd think its somehow related to the use of the moonlight elecard decoders. They seem to cause problems for a few poeple. Maybe you should try some other decoder - if you do though, check in the log that your new selecting is actually being used. The elecard decoders can be very insistent.

Thanks Sub. The encoder may also be why I am having issues trying to convert and burn my recordings to DVD with MyVideos. Any suggestions on other encoders? I may just reload 93.10 since FF/RR skip worked fine then until I get time to study it further.

Most people just use Cyberlink or Intervideo decoders.
