I cannot get my comskip to work properly for New Zealand and find the configuration very tricky.

I am looking for a configuration file for comskip that works for New Zealand with SKY STB, please.

Regards, Willie

May I suggest you change
output_framearray=1
to
output_framearray=0
as during normal operation you do not need the large .CSV file to be generated

Erik, I have done a lot of testing of both ver 77 and ver 79. My conclusion is that it is VERY much easier for me to get a very good result with 77. I am not very concerned with getting a bit of show cut as I don't use comclean. However, I don't see this happening with 77, anyway. So, for now, I have reverted to 77 with a couple of tweaks. It is so good seeing GBPVR jumping those ads. Thank you for all your great work.

In the case of 79, I could see it getting the ads with the black frame list but the further it analysed things the more ad blocks it discarded! And I just couldn't get things right. There was always a block it just wouldn't latch on to. Perhaps it is better on another TV system but psycik is in NZ as well.

Cheers.

Lindsay

I would realy apriciate if you could send me a zip file containing for a difficult mpeg file the .csv file generated by version 79, the ini files you used for both 77 and 79 (if different) and the .txt files for version 77 and version 79.

It will allow me to investigate why you get these results and allow me to improve version 79.

I am currently working on a strategy for automatic tuning and your examples will be important for its success.

Thanks in advance.
