When I playback a recorded video in GBPVR, the video is very jumpy and the framerate sometimes falls. When I play the same file in WMP it looks fine. How do I get smooth playback in GBPVR?

Try using a different video decoder. Also try switching to Overlay, which is what WMP uses.
