GB-PVR + WinTV PVR-350 - how to use remote with window minimized

I using GB-PVR with my WinTV PVR-350 and IR remote. I have TV out enabled. Is there any way to use the IR remote while having the GB-PVR window on my PC minimized?

Yes, you can in the config app check the box "use direct access to hauppauge remote".
