Can's get configuration app to work

I am a real newbee so please excuse my ignorance and hope I am posting this in the correct area. I just dowloaded and installed the GB-PVR software but I cannot get the configuration screen to come up at all. Does anyone have any suggestions why it will not load on my PC.

Just curious, did you reboot after you installed (you don't have to I'm just asking if you've tried it)? Do you have the .Net 1.1 runtime installed?

After rebooting and disabling a few music servers I had loaded, I finally got it to work. Thanks
