unhandled exception

I get the message "unhandled exception" after installing GBpvr, when it tries to start the config utillity.
I've a fresh install of W2000 SP4.
The error is as follows:

I tried to type regsvr32 nativeutilities.dll, but it says : the specific module could not be found (even if I type the whole path to it)

You most likely need to upgrade the version of Windows Media Player you have on your machine.

I didn't search the forum too well. I had to install MediaPlayer 9. Maybe something to put in the prerequisits
