I just installed my Hauppauge PVR 150 card and ir blaster. I installed all drivers and the IR blaster driver. However, when I'm setting up GBPVR, the Hauppauge IR blaster doesn't show up in the drop down list. It's just
RedRat
IR200L
Girder
No Channel Changer
.exe channel changer
USB-UIRT
MCE2005

I've used this same card before without problems. Any suggetions? Also, I don't have the config app that is used to set how the IR blaster send IR signals to a STB.

Sub hasn't actually supported the hauppauge plugin in the dropdown list for a few releases - use the .exe channel changer with HaupBlast.exe instead. As far as the IR Blaster config app, you can get it at http://hauppauge.lightpath.net/software/..._23033.exe

Thanks, now I just have one more problem. When I hit live tv, I hear audio but no video. I use a dishnetwork STB and have it to channel 3 in the config app.

That is probably caused by lack of MPEG-2 decoder, or incompatibility with the MPEG-2 decoder used.

There are lots that works. Most people are using Cyberlink or Intervideo or nVidia.

Would the codecs that come with WinDVD work?

Yes, they install the Intervideo codecs. Newer versions of WinDVD will provide better codecs.

After installing WinDVD 6, I now get this message when I go to Live TV:
Error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Sounds like the recording service is running.
