ffmpeg transcode - avi to mpg - high pitched sqeaks
Has anyone encountered high-pitched squeaks (sound a lot like pcm digital noise) that occur in MPGs created from AVIs?
I have been ripping DVD to AVI (for my use) The AVIs look really good..
But after transcoding to AVI, I realized that I'd rather have some stuff in MPG format. (Baby Einstein Educational stuff) So that I could play them back on the MVP and seek ff/rw easier...
That's where I have the problem. Perhaps it's becauase it's DVD to AVI (xvid) to MPG...?
